Profile: Diana Harwood, Property Manager:
The Property Manager “shall be responsible for setting up chairs, stands, and equipment at all rehearsals and concerts, and for transporting equipment to and from the concert sites.”
Diana continues a family musical tradition. While growing up
in Ohio, Diana played trumpet in 5th grade through high school.
As a senior, she performed with the all-district band under the direction
of James Swearingen. Diana also was one of the piano accompanists for her
high school choir. When a sophomore, she sang in the All-
Her mother played the piano and trumpet; her father played the clarinet. He also performed with the Quaker City Band, and was assistant director of the high school in Barnesville. Diana’s sisters picked up the clarinet and the saxophone.
